Co-location

A co-location is when two or more agencies share the same tenancy within a building.

Note: A co-location is different to co-tenancy, where multiple agencies are located in one building but manage their own individual tenancy and lease with the landlord.

Choosing to co-locate

Co-locations are an example of a pooled funding model with one exception – the lead agency takes on the legal and commercial risk on behalf of all participating agencies.
